Ordering

What payment methods are accepted?
On elander.fit you can pay for your purchases using all types of credit and debit cards or using PayPal's express checkout option. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Is my online order secure?
When you make purchases online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to the credit card provider's network, where your card and the transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Product availability

Why does a product not show an estimated date of availability?
If you do see an estimated date on a product that is add-able to the cart, that date is the closest we can give you.
We will send you your purchase as soon as possible, but please understand that there may be delays.
If you do not see an estimated date of availability, you can ask to be notified when the product becomes available.

How do I get notified when a product becomes available?
To be notified that a product is available for purchase, first sign up for a elandersport.com account if you do not have one already, then
1. Go to the product page.
2. Click NOTIFY ME WHEN IN STOCK.
We will send you a notification when the product is restocked.

Checkout

What are the checkout options ?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

Confirm my order

When are order Processed ?After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Shipping my order

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 3 business days from payment date.

How can I track my order?
We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. You will usually receive your tracking number the day after your order is shipped. Feel free to track your order on our tracking page.

Cancelling order

Can I cancel my order ?Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. Instead, we can make a refund further, in case there are any problems with the order.

Returns and exchanges

How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please indicate your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send additional instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Return Policy. All returns must be made in their original condition and the packaging must be intact.

What happens if the items I received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective items. Please indicate the order number, photographs of the item(s) and all references regarding receipt of the package. We will do our best to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

How long does the return procedure take?
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from the date we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
